MEDIA ADVISORY-TUESDAY, NOV 9TH @ 2:30PM A
NEW RESOURCE FOR PARENTALLY ABDUCTED CHILDREN
LAUNCHES SERVICES.
Parental Abduction Child Recovery Team
The Parental Abduction Child Recovery Team (PACRT) is a one stop
resource center where custodial parents of a parentally abducted
child can go to receive integrated help and professional services.
A series of successful local recoveries proves it works
WHAT :
Hundreds of children are helpless victims of a parental child
abduction everyday in the United States. Yet, few of these
parents know where to turn for help, or where to find recovery
services. In 2004, a group of compassionate, resourceful individuals
from Minnesota with experience in missing children cases formed
a nonprofit organization called the Parental Abduction Child
Recovery Team. Recent child recovery cases will be detailed
at a News Conference providing real life examples of how this
24/7 concept of integrated services and support to families
of children abducted by a noncustodial caregiver is a unique
success.
