The Malik E. Story

On Friday, February 25, 2005 PACRT President and Founder Ed Wunsch took a hotline call from De’lore E. De’lore advised Ed that his 2 year old son, Malik, had been not been returned by the mother, Sandra P. after a parenting time visit on Sunday, February 20, 2005.

De’lore had court documents verifying that he had custody of Malik and a pick-up order issued on February 25, 2005. All documents were forwarded to Ed and reviewed.

Because of findings by the Court, there was some “great concern for the welfare of Malik” and a TEAM was immediately placed into action consisting of Ed, Attorney Rick Stebbins, and Media Representative Robb Leer. Malik’s Guardian ad Litem, Jamie Manning was also contacted and consulted with on this case.

Investigation conducted by Ed led the team to believe that Sandra was in Bloomington, MN. With the assistance of Officer Bailey and Sgt. Quay of the Bloomington Police Department, Malik was recovered and returned to his father, at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2005.

From the time PACRT received the call, less then forty-six hours later, Malik was returned to his father.

WE DO BRING THEM HOME!
