Y.O.'s Story
   
         On September 18, 2006, PACRT was contacted by Twin Cities Attorney, Cindi Miller. She advised that her client, YO was the mother of two children, EM (five years old) and SM (two years old). On April 5, 2006, the father, MM, had taken the children away from the mother after a lengthy and abusive relationship.

         With the assistance of legal counsel of PACRT, Ms. Miller was able to obtain an Ex Parte Temporary Custody Order for YO, providing that EM and SM be returned to her.

         On Friday, October 6, 2006, Ed Wunsch coordinated the recovery and eunification of EM and SM to YO; and at approximately 4:30 p.m., with the assistance of Sgt. Brad Paplham and Sgt. Jeff Katers of the Ramsey Police Department.
